I'm trying to complete the Dahn's Gloves questline, currently on the "How can we purify the spring?" quest, where you speak to Sunho then talk to the turle npc Darirong. I am able to talk to Sunho, I complete the dialogue option, prompting me to complete the quest by turning it into Darirong. For some reason every time I try to get close to Darirong he suddenly dissappears. I am able to see the red checkbox complete quest icon above his head for like a second when he appears in render range but then he suddenly dissappears. I have tried the following to fix it without success:

1. Forfeiting the quest and recompleting it

2. Server swapping

3. Restarting my game

4. Changing graphical settings.

Ok, in case anyone else is having this same problem I just figured out how to fix it:

So there's a questline that moves Darirong to the mainland temporarily. Even if you forfeit the quest he doesn't return to his original location, you will have to go back and finish the questline to get him to return home. This quest: https://bdocodex.com/us/quest/8605/7/ is what I needed to complete to get him to go home. As long as this quest is incomplete he will be residing here: https://bdocodex.com/us/npc/59876/161/ , afterwards he will reappear in his original location and STAY there.
