"Find the GM" event and "Sailing with GM" event

The GMs are nowhere to be found after the event. Was there a specific Server they are on? Also, the boat never got announced the other day and never showed up. No one in general or world chat knew what was going on. Please explain

Those events took place on Valencia 3 server. But only few people participated, since they had massive server issues. I experienced massive lag.
Also you can take the screenshot on all servers with a afk GM NPC standing at various location which you reach during main quest.
Last one is in front of the big Manor.

check your chatting setting and be sure you check world, gm, server chat

The NPCs were unavailable for some time yesterday apparently, so that may have been the reason why you could not find them. They are already there again on the NA server at least.
