First time I tried cooking Korean food :-) I made Japchae. Getting the ingredients proved to be a bit of a challenge, e.g. Korean chili paste (Gochujang?) is really hard to get here in Germany. Also, I'm not sure if you're supposed to serve it with rice, but I figured you generally can't go wrong serving rice with Asian food. Three cheers to Big Auntie for the inspiring me to try something new.
