Like i said these kind of stuff should be addressed and fixed ASAP on release.
This isn't Warframe where developers get drunk and decide to nerf a frame or weapon or riven 2 years after their release.
And Brand Stones can only be obtained with real cash.
Nerfing an item whenever the F you want is not an option.
You either do it fast, or you never do it.
Or they can be like Konami and release new items > wait for fools to buy them > nerf them after a few months > release new OP items > players keep chasing the carrot.
Should be, sure. But just because it wasn't fixed on day 1 like you're saying, what, that means throw hands in the air and give up? No. This is unfair, imbalanced, and you know it.

17 bil for my PEN. (It's cheaper now, I got mine sometime last year)
Purely because I choose Awak > Succ. I pay 12 billion silver more for my build. That's like a month of gameplay for me. A whole damn month of gameplay. When they're suppsoed to be equal.
Performance of class is one thing, but the damn price difference of a BUILD? You can't seriously be defending this........... you're kidding, right? Please say you're kidding.

Maybe PA knows they fkd up, but don't know how to fix this, because Prokaiser does make a point...the point being, in my own words, people who are using the TRI Dande exploit will be salty and QQ to them about it.
Best path for PA to take, IMO, is to issue an official statement regarding it, issue an apology, and freaking balance this.
10+ billion price difference in build should not be determined by Succ vs Awak.

I mean, whoever is using TRI dandelions should be aware that they might be fix it soon since it's an abnormal feature like GREEN TRI awakening weapons.

I was thinking about a fix that could make both TRI and PEN dandelion users happy:
Since TET Dandelion is supposed to be equal to C20 TRI Dandelion (indeed ap-wise they are equal) and it doesn't make sense that going from c20 TRI to c0 TET is a downgrade accuracy-wise:
Add 12 accuracy to C0 TET Dandelions
Add 24 accuracy to C0 PEN Dandelions (12 from the c0 tet + 12 from the c20 tet)
such that a C20 PEN Dandelion awakening weapon has total 36 accuracy.
