Its about time for PA to correct an issue that effects so many players it is frustrating.  I have been told scan files, delete files and so on and its all BS.  3 different computers with total reinstalls and right out of the gate they all have same issues as well as guildmates and other friends in game.  Its not an ISP issue either as that is under constant watch.

When swapping characters to one located on the ocean you are constanly underwater.  Again not just me as may others have same issue especially at Vell.  Why wont you even look at this issue and stop blaming corrupted files, internet issues, or some other thing you guys dream up.  Fire some costume designers and hire a dev that can correct these issues that do nothing but aggravate players.

Even the new port at Nampo has issues.  I took out my cog and had to call it away because it was stuck, and this has happened more than once.
