Sorry but this community - while your playin another game or something else - is present since around 2 years and you cant say its only a shai grp cause many pvp/pve players enjoy this spot too !

AND Guild elephants are for PVP - Node wars - so what they do on rooftop ? Hey my guild has an ele or what ? Hope developers made their choice to allow them only on PvP Servers like Kama1 etc ... and if other players post here in forum - hey i want to ride with our guild elephant to guild bosses - you are the one force bdo to dont allow that anymore on every server !

My statement is clear - i want those elephants removed from every server where nodewars cant be cause they where build for nodewars ! But now they where used to gank other players and thats not conform with game rules ! Same to ships when they where placed on rooftops or somewhere in towns ! 

Lets see what p.a. will do - think this "limitation for guild elephants" only on node war servers would be best solution atm !

Btw.: we wrote alot with "players parking eles on rooftop" but they can do it and they will do it on and on week by week cause they say "its allowed" - so we need another solution. And when players (not only shai players) write "nooo not again elephants" - even more we get placed there ! I dont think players get a ban or something but may P.A. will bring up a limitation for those guild elephants that they cant be used to gank other players anymore !

Exactly, what you have said makes no sense because it is not what happened. It has never been the norm and there were no roleplaying elephants ever on the roof top of Velia. There would never have been a gathering if this were the case.

See the problem with this entire statement? you just previously mentioned the elephants being the "norm" prior to any group. So if this were really true and accurate, why would someone come out with this idea? As you say, the "norm" was that elephants were always there. If what you are saying is true, the group would have encountered the elephants a long time ago.

Surely someone like yourself wouldn't fall for some players talking rubbish about bans and "rules"?

If you need proof of these things, fine, ill see what I can find... A player that's been around since 2016 should know these traditions though, just like DFS, rotations and similar. Even in a 2-man guild.

This is a great example of when everyone shows respect for eachother and sets traditions and memes aside. There were plenty of eles/cannons present at the Miura Kentaro memorial, but during the screenshots every single one was removed by the players to not break the setting. Again; an example of mutual respect between players for eachother. This is what I argue for, that players respect both the wishes of others but also the rights and traditions of others...

No, no you are the one that forced bdo to make a change not needed in 7+ years. And you did it by forcing out the veteran playerbase, pushing them into a corner, and provoking such a response.

So you choose to show proof of elephants on the Velia roof as norm by showing other activities and videos?

And even one with cannons being spammed which shows the velia roof in question completely empty.

I have actually been around prior to 2016 so yes I do know what has been going on and nothing like we see here has ever been an issue.

Current ele situation is pretty unacceptable from a purely objective point of view. Everytime I enter Velia my game stutters to load in all the mounts and elephants that are placed for the sole intent purpose of being an annoyence. This is becoming a collective effort at causing lag and disturbance to not just velia rooftop users, but to everyone who uses Velia as a hub. I fish here, yet I lag like crazy when tabbing my game up to sell and repair my stuff.

Kama 1-3 is where my guild have their home servers just because the players here are pretty nice. Although people don't want to admit it, servers have their own population very often with certain guilds being on certain servers. Telling people to "go somewhere else" or "change guild channels" is simply not a good argument and is very dismissive of the community aspect of the game which has diminished a lot since recent war changes.

Please, just remove elephants after not being in use for 1 hour. There is no reason a guild mount should be alive or exist after an hour of negligance from the guild. It simply increases workload for PC's while being overly annoying to players.

It seems to me that what's happening is that some players are enjoying being together. What better way to have fun than with music.
A community of humans behind their keyboard who like to have fun together.
So it pisses off a lot of other frustrated humans behind their keyboards.

How many posts over how many years will it take?
This problem of frustration isn't specific to EU servers, but also to the RU and NA. It has been or still is.
So please do your job professionally and coordinate everyone.
But you may not have the power, the will or the inclination to make troublemakers understand.

Not complicated though:
-Ban the in-game character (a good 30 days will put things in place)
-Elephants are only released for the events concerned, after which it's bedtime at the stables.
-The guild to which the player belongs suffers one or more penalties.
I'm sure there are plenty of other procedures that would force these players to vent their frustration in ways other than pissing off a community that only wants one thing ... have fun and relax.
The Shai community buys pearls by rolling the credit card. Don't forget it!

How is this other activities? These are recorded examples of what the PvP playerbase did for years. Sit on rooftops and chat. Apparently this is suddenly an issue worth banning over, because their elephants are annoying...

Alright, then, remove all other causes of lag for us to. Afk fishers reduce my siege performance, by making the servers unable to handle the amount of players. Can we start getting everyone kicked off of the -1 channels as well then? Do you want a complete division in your playerbase?

This entire thread is seemingly oblivious to the immense divide already spanning between the newer PvE players and the old school PvP scene. Apparently VoS was one of the guilds that had placed elephants in kama2 specifically after this topic was re-raised. Please, do not force further player protests over a simple thing like having elephants around when rooftop camping.
