I'm writing this because I'd like to see adjustments to the Awakening Ninja class and his kit of skills for PvP.

So far as a class goes, he doesn't really have a gimmick of his own. I suppose he does just a little bit of what every other class can do, but he falls short in a lot of regards, so for any instance you would pick Awakening Ninja, there is one or more class that does the job better.

I was hoping to see changes to him, maybe not even an all-around buff because a lot of players don't actually understand anything about him at all, and think that he has more invincibility than he really does, or that he has more damage than he really does.

The changes I'd like to see are inspired by succession kunoichi's gimmick:
For years Flow: Mach Explosion has been a bad skill for Awk Ninja's kit. Either for being too slow, or too weak, or both. It doesn't need to, though.

What if some of the lesser-used PvP like Corrupt Sword Dance, Sura ChaoSpree, and (to a lesser extent) Sudden Decapitation applied unique debuffs to targets hit, and their effects only came through when Flow: Mach Explosion was used? Like a trigger.
Examples could be:
-Ninja lands Sudden Decapitation on an enemy, and the enemy is given a debuff for 20 seconds. The debuff does nothing on its own, but once Mach Explosion(which would probably stop being a flow skill) is activated in that timeframe, the target of the debuff is hit with damage from the front, every quarter second for 2 seconds. Not a lot of damage, but something to impede action through hit-stagger.
-Ninja lands Sura ChaoSpree(a largely-unused skill in PvP), and the enemy receives a debuff for 20 seconds. As above, the debuff does nothing on its own, but once Mach Explosion is activated, a summon that resembles a clone of awakening ninja appears behind the target and uses a skill that looks identical to serpent ascension, but deals less or no damage, but does apply a float and an airsmash from behind the target. Perhaps a half-second after the clone appears, the effect would take place, so it's reactable.
-Ninja lands Corrupt Sword Dance on an enemy, and the enemy receives a debuff for 20 seconds, and when Mach Explosion is activated this time, it applies a slow or a damage over time effect, but one that's not weak like the Damage Over Time that Corrupt Sword Dance already has. Maybe the effect is changed based on how Corrupt Sword Dance was used(I.E.: Used from basic stance it applies a movement speed debuff, versus transition stance that applies an attack speed debuff, versus used in seamless which could apply MP drain or a powerful bleed, or even that fancy Guard Meter debuff that corsair has since Awakening Ninja is just kind of a jack of all trades.)
Heck, maybe even change Corrupt Sword Dance to have 3 different levels, and each one applies a different debuff, because right now it's kind of just a bad skill with forward guard.

I really enjoy the flavor of Awakening Ninja, I think the sword-draw style is really cool. I think Awakening Ninja is fun, but I find that he is lacking fun gimmicks compared to other classes like Hashashin or Kunoichi.

Aside from whole new gimmicks and mechanics, I'd also hope to see fixes to how his invincibility frames work. As it is, Ghost Step isn't invincible the frame the skill is activated, like most classes' basic I-Frame skills are.
Silent Charge, a collisionless I-Frame used from Transition stance, appears to be very dangerous for the user, especially for players with horrible ping because of a massive gap when used from Transition stance's Forward Guard, Drastic Measure, or Transition Murderous Intent.

I don't necessarily want to see the class become overpowered, but it's sad to see such a cool design wasted by lack of personality.
