This "saved menu" section of the esc manu regularly resets. I typically notice it when switching from one character to another and find it has changed or been emptied. The change is inconsistent. Some times only a few are missing, as seen here. All those empty ones were previously set, but when I swapped characters to my farmer and back, they were no longer set. Sometimes the entire bar gets reset back to default or is completely empty. 

I've been back playing since late May, and I've only noticed this since the June 14th maintenance.
