At the Festa Ball it was stated that a failstacking system was going to be added to the Tier 10 Horse attempt process. This is great news for the system because many players have done 45+ attempts without succeeding. I understand that it is normal for the game to make things easier to obtain as time goes on but this is time-gated content due to the Royal Fern Leaves. I am proposing that the prior fails, if you have not succeeded, be added to your tier 10 stack when this content is released. If this is not done, someone now attempting their first ever attempt would have the same percentage as someone doing their 60th attempt without success. I believe an exception should be made for this process due to the large time investment of dailies required.
To put this in terms of time for the royal fern leaves ill use 45 t10 attempts as an example. This example is assuming you have not missed a single day of dailies and you are Master Horse Training.
30 Royal Ferns from weekly + (6 Royal ferns from daily X 7 days in a week)= 72 ferns a week
45 t10 attempts is 4500 Royal Ferns.
4500/72 = 62.5 weeks which is over a year's worth of dailies.

By constantly lowering the bar, this just shows that it's not worth it to try when something first releases. Just wait for the bar to be lowered next year...

People with t10 have been able to enjoy their benefits for some time now. Nothing wrong with making stuff easier to get as more time passes.

Euh people with 40+ fails don't have their T10 yet. So I don't know what point you are making but it's completely besides the question.

While this would be awesome and a no brainer, I hope people are prepared for the worst scenario here. PA would've needed to have stored the amount of tries people have already attempted on their horses previously; if they have never thought about adding failstacks and only decided on it recently, there's no way that everyone's current failstacks are saved. The only way it would work retroactively is if PA thought originally, "maybe we'll add failstacks someday - let's add a variable to store the data in for now and maybe give it some use later".
If they never bothered to do this, then there's probably no chance they'll add retro-active failstacks, and they can't, even if they wanted to. I really hope they had the foresight to do this originally.

The first T10 was released on 28th October 2020 so there are already people with 100 fails. I've also been doing the weekly and daily religiously ever since release and still don't have it, this being Guru trainer too and getting max amount of ferns possible. The rate to get imperial steeds is also pathetic. The system was already a slap in the face for older players and now if it's not retroactive too... I don't even know what to say.

It was an answer for the one talking about lowering the bar. If you get something before the others, you get a benefit from it, that's undeniable ; so the whole "it only gets easier with time" is the only incoherent answer here.

I didnt want to waste my time with only 3% so i didnt do the quests for fern, but now they made ( hopefully) it worthwhile and i wish started doing the quests from the start. Gib me mats for 45 tries pls.
