That does not feel like an apporiate request or in good faith.
The buff was simply to compensate for those who lost the stats during the transfer. It was never meant to change your stats only to grant you the equivelant of what you should have had.

If everyone gets it then what would the point? The benefits of ap and dp are only relative,if you give it to everyone it just cancels each other's out.It would only benefit in pve but even then needlessly raising the bar for no reason.
It could buff some players by hitting a bracket but do to relativity that means it nerfs players that didn't get a bracket from it.
If you give 1 person a million dollars he's rich,if you give everyone a million dollars and your still just as poor.

there is no good reason to keep this buff permanent.
What better reason is there than we, the players of BDO, being just plain awesome for playing and sticking around. Like, I think my GF is awesome for sticking around, so I treat her well, this is a similar gist.
