i gone there with a Tamer and other toons and there nothing i can find to open quest to start chain of quest to get Knowledge

I did, went on tamer and the quest chain started from a training dummy on the western island
I dont remember if the training dummy had a quest marker above its head 🤔
This was deleted by the writer.

As far as I remember, this is one of the starting quest, and this knowledge will be obtained during the quest chain.
