Hello everyone! I am the Discord owner of the global Woosa&Maegu class Discord server. Some of you may know me as Chlairy, previously known by my old name, Glassy. Ever since the class was released, I have been diligently collecting feedback from the community. Today, I am excited to present a comprehensive post that combines the most reasonable and valuable feedback that I have gathered.

-> For General
To enhance the experience of Woosa Awakening, it would be beneficial to include special voice lines for the skills used during this state. While Woosa Succession and Maegu Succession and Awakening have unique voice lines, it seems that Woosa Awakening lacks them. To make it more consistent and immersive, consider adding specific voice lines for Woosa Awakening's skill usage as well. This addition will help create a cohesive and engaging gameplay experience for players.

Rain Thirst Skill

The Rain Thirst skill's reflected damage is intended to last for 15 seconds or until the enemy is hit, whichever comes first. To enhance the player experience, it would be highly beneficial to introduce an icon or indicator that displays the remaining duration and the amount of damage collected by the skill. Furthermore, there appears to be a bug during the Rain Thirst state. The PA (%50 damage reduction) buff refreshes itself when the cooldown reaches 0 seconds and resets to 3 seconds. As a result, there is a brief moment where the class is left without the PA buff and takes full damage. Example video: https://streamable.com/f6k6gp To address this issue, it would be ideal to modify the refresh rate of the PA buff to occur every 1 or 0.5 seconds. To provide a smoother and more consistent gameplay experience, it is crucial to address this problem promptly. Ensuring that the PA buff refreshes correctly during Rain Thirst will greatly enhance the class's survivability and overall gameplay balance. 

->For Awakening

Lunar Serenade (Awakening Buff): Adjust the DP buff and max HP increase to match the Succession version and Maegu Awakening's Buff.

Perilous Waltz (S+F): Improve the skill by adding a PvE iframe and increasing its animation speed. This will make it more viable for PvE content and ensure smoother gameplay in both PvP and PvE. Additionally, add a +15 DP buff similar to the pre-awakening Q block.

Mark of the Moon (Shift+E): Enhance the skill by activating frontal guard from the beginning of the skill. Also, reduce the time it takes to recover HP. Follow Camera , Fix AoE area effect, Instead of blooming a bomb, explode instead and get a new effect:
"All Sari projectiles homing in the debuffed target."

Blooming Death (S+E): Activate the frontal guard from the start of the skill and consider changing or replacing the core with a different skill, such as Life Lure.

Life Lure (Shift+RMB): Following up with the previous statement, add a core that provides frontal guard while casting or directly add frontal guard to this skill. Decrease the blooming time by 40-50%, change to hit on summon stick on enemies, or stick during blooming time.

Flow: Seocheon Field (RMB after Shift+RMB): Provide frontal guard for this skill. Change the CC type to Stun and adjust the effects to involve sticking on enemies and exploding at the appropriate time.

Soul Shower (W+E): Consider moving the DP debuff to a different skill within the awakening kit.

Soul Cleanse (RMB, A/D+RMB): Add Super Armor (SA) to the skill and limit crowd control effects to PvE only. This change will align with the transition from pre-awakening to awakening and provide protection to the skill.

Moonlit Blast (Shift+F): Increase the skill's damage slightly to improve its overall effectiveness.

Netherstrike (F): Add a +10% casting speed buff to enhance the skill.

Sahee's Descent (Shift+LMB): Apply a -20% guard gauge reduction on any hit to match the guard break feature of Inkwrath in the succession kit. Additionally, consider adding additional damage and increasing the skill's animation speed.

Yangban Step (Shift+W): Provide super armor on the second use and improve the skill's chain for smoother execution. Leave the skill unprotected as it currently is when used on cooldown.

Flow: Soul Shock, Flow: River's End: Transform these skills into projectiles that follow the crosshair's direction, allowing for omnidirectional movement. Also, increase the frontal guard duration of Flow: River's End.

Bloodsari Flower: Adjust the HP recovery to match Spring Blossom, granting +300 HP for 40 seconds. Additionally, add Super Armor to the skill for added protection.

Butterfly Step(awakening): Either fix the pre-awakening Butterfly Step so that players can use both versions effectively or restore the flying aspect from pre-awakening, ensuring Woosa doesn't fall to the ground too quickly and suffer damage.

Bloom Deluge: Modify the duration to 7 seconds.

Flow Bloom: Change the skill's effect to allow for the explosion of bombs on demand.

Add a +9% accuracy buff or -9% evasion debuff to the enemy for Netherstrike or Nether Blast skills.

These changes would make Awakening Woosa quite good, playing it would feel much better for sure. The extra protections (especially PvE ones) are must have changes, as well as some casting animation speeds.

The problem with the summons is that they are unreliable in a lot of content when movs die fast - you can't cast them too early, but if you use them too late the mobs are already dead from other skills. Making them track enemies and also if we could make them explode at will would totally fix this problem.

All-in-all, great suggestions.

Awakening Woosa is currently the polar opposite of fun. Long slow casts that don't have equivalent payoff. Damage either needs to be cranked way up, or (preferably) animations sped up so you can deal damage and move around more freely. It's a fast-paced game, yet now we have a class that is slower and less effective than witch. Why? I'd just play witch instead of awakening woosa, awakening witch is waaay better for a "turret caster". Witch is able to move around more freely plus has way better damage that comes out faster.

Example, at Star's End Pillars:

SUCCESSION Woosa: I wildly overkill and stand around bored a lot waiting for respawns. 

AWAKENING Woosa: Sometimes almost die because way too many mobs. Why? Protected combos are super slow, mobs can walk past while you're doing them - and they're all two skills. A slow skill then a flow. Plus they're mostly line aoes, so easy to not hit everyone in a big group.

Basically succession lets you dance around as needed, while awakening wants you to turret in place. It's not elegant, which goes against the feel of the class. It's especially annoying when doing any fight that requires constant dodging - like, I don't know who in their right mind would use awakening woosa for Black Shrine or anything like that.

The "main" combo for awakening woosa being like a 5-6 step flow that's unprotected is ridiculous. Yeah it does good damage, but any mob cc and you get interrupted. The time you're likely to use it is when there's a ton of mobs, when you're most likely to get cc'd. lol?

Awakening woosa seriously needs a ton of work before it's even viable to play any%, much less be any kind of effective. It's literally the worst weapon in the whole game somehow.

Blooming Death is balanced just fine. These suggestion will make it lose half its value. If you do want to improve it in some way you could widen the skill, but it really shouldn't receive such a nerf. The stiff is necessary. 

Soul Shower should retain the DP buff to retain power in ranged kit. 

Flow: River's End should be spedup similar to lunatic discus. The 0.2s FG on these types of skills is always questionable.

Additional note here: I will do the same for Maegu when Pearl Abyss seems like they are done with awakening changes. And in discord server I am waiting for your feedbacks for Awakening Maegu. ♥

Thanks for including my suggestions! These are changes that I really feel like she needs and will put her into the current meta, rather than her being left in a ditch because every other ranged class can do what she does better. Her concept and skills are so beautiful, so it's sad to see it so poorly executed.

In my opinion awakening Woosa just needs a few tweaks to get her overall reliability up to par.

First, Mark of the Moon should have their functionionality turned around. The first hits should be protected and have the debuff and the heal on it, while the third hit should be unprotected with a cc on there. 

Second, sideways Soul Cleanse should be cancelable before the attack is performed. Either with another awakening skill or with Flitting or Yangban Step. Protection like Super Armor at the beginning would be nice but just not being animation locked will already help out a lot.

Third, Life Lure, Bloomburst, Bloom Deluge and Soul Cleanse should have the attack AoE of the flower summon increased. Main problem I feel at the moment is that every class will naturally just dash out of the AoE. Every class just has the required mobility by now that even will the smallest range dash you are almost outside of it. Moreover I don't belive that making the summons do damage faster is the way to go. If the damage comes out faster it's nowhere different from just using a normal ability that does not summon and straigh up does damage. It would defeat the purpose of the class. I would rather have it that they increase the range and the number of cc instances the flower attacks have by one or two.

Fourth, I do think that Life Lure and Flow: Seocheon Field should get a slightly higher targeting range to make it easier to drop the big flowers in before. Another way would be to always guarantee that the flowers are spawned on max range. It's very frustrating when you have to target the distance right on changing terain and loose most of your damage potential if you target someone 5 pixel out of your max range. 

Lastly I want to enpathise again that for me, the main feature of awakening Woosa is her potential to inflict CCs with the delayed flowers and Blooming Death as one of the strongest midrange CC spells. By giving Woosa the option to control a larger area of fight while maintaining a slightly more compfortable range should already do strenghten up the core aspects of her kit, a midrange caster that provides CCs and area control. Protections will help her to get out stuff faster, but it will still make the flowers that are spawned unreliable. Making the flowers explode faster would make the class from a summon spawner into a class with a cordinated attack and Black Desert already has enough of those.

On the note of voice lines. I too would like to see it added or fixed. With maegu awakening out as of 7/5/2023. I have played her (good job PA btw) and she has voicelines within her awakening skills. New ones too in comparison to pre-awakening. 

In the above video it also shows her having voicelines; so its there but somehow mysteriously not in game for woosa. 

I know its such a small complaint/issue but I feel like it shouldn't have been an issue to begin with unless something went wrong within the release of woosa. So I hope they see this as an unintentional bug or something.
