1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

basic sorting options for sailors are needed

Suggestions/Comments:  With 40 max sailors the UI gets pretty cluttered. Some basic grouping option would be welcome. Group sailors by assignment first, by type second. That way we could see all sailors on any single ship at a glance and more easily see how many of a certain type we have.
