Can we have a feature added where guild masters and Advisors can send out Mail notices to their members?

I.E a "Message all" Button, where the guild master can type what they wish, for example "Node war schedule for this week will be Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at XXX nodes, please mark your attendance"  Then hit send.

After doing this, that would be sent in mail to every guild member to see when they get online.

(I noticed this today cause I wanted to mail all my members the discord link and a reminder of guild rules... And realized I couldn't mail them xD )
