Like the title say - just add them already to Olvia - there is no reason anymore to disable worldbosses to olvia - just do not add fieldbosses!
Yes please! I see this confusion a lot with new players or returnees that fit within the olvia requirements. Another issue is that they don't know that world bossses spawn because there are no notifications I think so they can't switch to a different character/server.
You can set up notifications in settings to alert you 5, 15 and 30 minutes before a boss spawns.

There are notifications in game now, but the issue is that there is so much overwhelming information thrown at new and returning users. In particular for returning users, they are used to there being no notifications in game becasue there never used to be. They probably still think there are none and there's nothing in game outright telling you of this feature. Even if there were, a majority of players would not read it. Even when used, the alert can easily become background noise, or ignored in the UI. I see this being a major issue for new players who are not used to the UI and how much there is to pay attention to on it. I imagine it being like when you have a bunch of tabs open and suddenly music starts playing, so you're trying to figure out what tab is making the noise. Of course, this becomes less of a problem as you learn the UI, but by then, they will probably be migrating out of Olvia.

As for the original topic of the post, I like the idea of World Bosses spawning on Olvia servers. Olvia has a very niche use, especially when Season servers are around. Olvia servers are only available for the first 30 days of playing or returning, and most times the only benefit is the small combat exp boost (if there are no others going on) and more free higher end grind zones (but you get no exp after a certain level, making it purely for silver). I don't really see any downsides to this EXCEPT... when a new player has begun dabbling into crystal transfusion, they die at a World Boss, lose what may be an expensive crystal, and submit a ticket. I don't believe this would happen too often, though. It is a conscious decision to participate in World Bosses, and rarely do players just happen upon a World Boss just out adventuring - all of them are quite out of the way and in areas where quests do not run through. Dying at low levels has little consequence, anyway.
World Bosses are available on Season servers, so I see no reason to not have them on Olvia servers. It would have more benefits than drawbacks. Killing bosses is rewarding and fun content, so ALL players should be participating in bossing.
And bring them back to Arsha. Post World boss Arsha fights were hilarious. Since PvP is disabled by proximity not while the boss is spawned there is no reason to keep world bosses and field bosses off of Arsha anymore.
