There is no reason for this behaviour other then griefing people and make their horse trianing harder.

Being able to kill people who just want to ride around heidel or other cities on their wagon doesnt bring anything positive to the game.

Sure I can report the offender every time I get killed but this should be solved (or rather prevented) on system level.

What are you even reporting them for. this is an open world pvp game. That player has every right to kill you if he wants.

Doesnt protect the Horses doesnt it?

And i can only suggest you, to quit BDO for 30 Days and play on Olvia Server as Returner.  A lot Peoples are doing that.

If you want to horse train AFK you have options.  1 be on a level 49.

2 make sure your path is only in a safe zone.

3 be on a protected character while on Olivia of seasons.

4 don't complain when you do not do any of the above solutions.

As for the AFK horse killers they lose karma, it's the trapers that kill horses and players with guild war traps at zero karma loss that are a problem.

Well at this point it is nto up to you to decide but up to GMs who already messaged me back on my report with statement that they will conduct an investigation.

Arguments of most people here are not very good btw. If you all think this behaviour is ok, I am not and I will continue to push agianst it and try to get this fixed.

when you were lvl 50 the game warned you that you can now be killed if you continue to level up. you agreed to take the risks instead of stopping.

I see this defense pop up and while I agree with it, it's also based off a flawed system. The game effectively forces you to do it. You can't proceed with any of the main quests if you don't, or graduate seasons, and get locked out of a lot of quests and content. 50 is also too low now, imo. It was fine back in the day when getting a character to 58-59 was considered great, and when sausans was the place to be. But now 60-61 is expected and super easy, and these days even 62 is getting to be the expected/easy target. Should probably be 56 or 57. 

Thats right. The game forces you into it because that is the game.  The game is an OW pvp sandbox rpg. Its warning you that you can now be PKed because thats the intention of existing here in the world now. That feeling that you can do anything and that anyone can do something to you and gaining strength will help you turn the tides of the world you are in is what makes games like this so exciting.
