Once again, a thread about PVP & Evasion.

It's not normal seeing some class being full evasion + DR and keeping insane damage. Two BDO Bals ago it was said you'll nerf evasion etc.

But where is this promise ?

I did some RBF today, no matter what builds I use, I don't damage because full DR 460 DP dudes, or I miss because full Evasion.
And the worst is, if you go full human to counter DR, you get two skills because you have no DR. And if you go accuracy, same issue.

Of course, you can go DR, you'll tank but you won't do anything meanwhile Drakania, Striker, Mystic, Kuno, Hashashin, Valkyrie & Berserker are dominating the melee meta in all categories.
You CC them, you do damage. Then you get CC and they obliterate you, specially Drakania.

How are we supposed to enjoy that ? And I'm not even talking about ranged classes like Ranger, Archer, Wizard & Witch obliterating you 100 meters away from your position.


There is a serious unbalance about Classes due to skills' design. But it gets even worst when you put gear on some of them. And now with new region, we got new gloves & crystals making everything worst again. 

And it seems like Pearl Abyss doesn't care. It's like, "play the good classes or quit the game."

Kunos arent, tbf kunos are cc bots if they run full eva so makes sense guess you got our geared on that one but comming from a warrior if you play awaken thats pretty cheap. Huh also zerk, drakaina an valk dont run eva js and they also have like 4 tiers above kuno ... Might want to recheck that one

Striker i agree with mystic enh depends if you mean succ or awaken, awaken oh hell nah that thing does less damage than kuno an most other classes rn.

Succ mystic , awaken striker succ striker have higher than normal dr /eva passives well also having good acc so they really have no floor unlike kuno, ninja an some other eva classes which only scale with either acc and dr to do damage or eva and DR to be a cc bot not both at the same time unless they are omega outgearing you an yeah i know cc bots do damage but alot less than the other setups from other classes. Somehow succ sage actually can get away with less accuracy well also having more eva than other class an still be able to one shot which makes him make the ooks look not bad :|

Yes this is normal, you suggestion would make other than AP accesories totally worthless. In PvP u focus more on defense than AP, 269-280 AP with elixirs rotation is enough for PvP, always check hidden stats design your lightstones and crystal for pve and pvp I strongly recommend u join pvp guild or join class discord group. You will know and understand everything. Some classes can go full glass cannon but u just die instantly. 

I agree with everything you have said except the part about Wizard and Witch.

If you having troubles dealing with Wizard or Witch 15 to 20 meters engagement range. When 80% of the melee and some range classes in BDO have 30 meter or further instant gapclosers into grab. Then that is a skill issue. That can be easily solved by learning your class gap closers and engages and close to permenant protection rotation. Then Witch and Wizard outside of largescall will just be fodder for you. Like they are to the majority BDO PvPers.

Leave your PTSD from a meta 2 years ago at the door. And maybe, more people will be more susceptible to your feedback. I literally got so mad about how out classed Wizard and Witch is a everything in the game except for large scale PvP. When BDO has many other classes that dominate almost all if not all catagories in this game's PvP and PvE. I had to cave and join the rest of the BDO PvP cheesers by throwing away my beloved casters and full reroll to a Drak. 

If you don't like how the Devs handle the balance of the game. You have alot of other choices in the MMO genre. Maybe one of those will have balance that you like.
