Is there a reason why there is a 10 minute cooldown on Command: Follow?  If you use the skill then have to swap server for whatever reason, now you have to wait out that cooldown.  At the same time, why is the skill even able to be used when Heilang isn't even summoned?  I just used it accidentally without Heilang out, now have to wait.

1.  Lower cooldown to 1 minute.

2.  Make all of the heilang skills disabled while heilang is not summoned, or make it so heilang is auto-summoned when these Command skills are used.

Yeah I fully agree why is this a 10 minute CD? It makes zero sense and does nothing but make the class more unfriendly to use

this is pretty annoying.  Get rid of this 10-minute cooldown already.  I see absolutely no reason for it.
