So as the title says, I have seen simply no change to PA´s problematic maintenance scedule reliability. Counted on the last 7 months there has been only one month without the extension of the maintenance for one hour. This has been continuously an issue for the last few years in BDO as i can see.

To be fair it occured only once a month that the maintenance was extended by 1 hour (counted on the last 7 months).

But that is no excuse for the horrendous maintenance scedule for EU-Servers. Where it´s the only time for my case, and probably many other european players who want to, or who can only play on daytimes on certain days.

To have the maintenance day regularly on a mid-daytime day is complete trash and questionable on business operations for the availability of the service for paying customers (I am a paying customer). And to be honest, nowadays not a single customer cares how the company manages it´s problems, to make the service available at most human-customer times. It is normal in most industries that employees also work regular night-shifts, so that could be no excuse for having maintenance in this case on a mid-week daytime day.

I have seen no other IT-Heavy company in the gaming sector who made their maintenance hours on daytimes, each online-game I know so far, also normal industry related companies plan their IT-Maintenance hours on midnight or on hours, were customers usually are less using the service.

Why is it, that Pearl Abyss still can´t change this shit in a decade of business experience? And why is it, that you cannot separate EU from US servers, to make this easier for yourself PA? 

It is just disappointing that you PA do random crap fixes, what mostly nobody cares about, and topics from already a decade a go, are not get worked on. You are really very very customer friendly... *Irony*

I think most EU players are working during the maintanence... or in school.

Most EU players are playing during the evening.

Nope, kids get home from school around 1pm, many people work part-time like me on a schedule were its only possible to play on those mid-time afternoon hours.. and theres plenty of people who work night shifts or late-shifts who can only play in morning or afternoon.. there is also an abundance of unemployed people who want to play at daytimes until evening and sleep at normal hours. But your comment won´t help, since it´s only a random guessing and not describing your own experience.

I'm not only guessing. Steam charts show peak times during late evening, and seeing all the crowded servers in EU during that time makes my assessment more believable.
