Reference:
Cooking Mastery increases your profits when you turn in cooking boxes for Imperial Delivery
Alchemy Mastery increases your profits when you turn in alchemy boxes for Imperial Delivery
Suggestion:
Fishing Mastery increases your profits when you turn in fish for Imperial Delivery
Trading Mastery increases your bargain profits when you turn in trade items. Note: Describtion states in does but I am not sure and I really miss Trading Imperial Delivery!
Across the board we should receive Trading EXP for all tiems traded whether it is Cooking. Alchemy, and Fishing,

We do receive trading XP for imperial deliveries, but it's very small. It's more noticeable if you sell in a different town than where you made the boxes.
