Title: Remove channel swap cooldown
Region (NA/EU): EU
Suggestions/Comments: The cooldown time for channel swap should be removed or reduced to a minimum (30 seconds, maximum 1 minute). This is an old and very frustrating mechanic. It is simply a waste of time looking for a free grind spot, using the `Find Group/Platoon` function is also very difficult with this renewal time - you swapping channel to apply for a group and in meantime group is already full so you waste another 10 minutes to wait for another channel swap.

Even if they cut it in half to 5 minutes that would be a great improvement.

30 sec to 1 minute is useless, there's a reason why there's a cooldown, it's to avoid harassment. So 30 sec to 1 minute will never happen and that's alright.
However, I upvoted your post Sealti since 10 minutes is too long.

1. We have griefers, because we need to wait 10m cd of channel.
2. In guild we can ask for protection shield.
3. If we afraif of wars, we can find PvE guild.
