For people working normal hours you essentially deny them access to any week garmoth 14:00 CET (still working) and 23:15 CET (sleeping). What is left is Sunday 23:15 (sleeping as monday is a work day) and Sat/Sun 14:00. So to even get any garmoth's you pinned us down to be on our pc in the middle of the day at the weekend.

I don't like the new system period, it makes it feel like "just another weekly quest required for rewards".  Rather than what it was before an epic boss battle.

I mean, its the same for east coast players. Now EST players have to deal with bad lag because they wont move the servers like they promised, now Garmoth is at 3pm during work, and past midnight for the other set.

They simply should've made alternating times instead of strictly same time spawns on each day.

It's caught at least 3 on NA, assuming that you're working a day job, and sleep at normal hours.

To put this into persepective, at least for NA.:

Say you work a full-time job that has you scheduled M-F 7AM to 4PM. This is pretty standard.
This takes out the middle of the day spawn (The 12pm Pacific spawn), just by nature of being unable to hit a boss while at work, 'cause you'd kinda end up out of a job doing that consistently enough. Most lunch hours are half an hour, so if you need to drive more than 10 minutes to work (which the vast majority do), you can't hit this boss. That's assuming you are in the Pacific timezone.

Most people working this schedule have a sleep time anywhere from 10:30-11:45, depending on age. For those that go to bed at 10:30, only those in Mountain and Pacific timezones can reasonably hit this boss before they go to bed. Those in the Central timezone (11:15pm) might be able to push it, but most won't bother attempting, and just go to bed. Eastern timezone (12:15am) players can say a fat chance unless they're a college student hopped up on coffee, or are otherwise able to function on less sleep.

This leaves 3 spawns that are feasible for Central and Eastern timezone players: 2PM/3PM Saturday, 2PM/3PM Sunday, and 7PM/8PM Sunday. You have exactly 3 quests to complete a week. Most people will also schedule their errands and appointments around the times that they have free, and depending on where they live, that could very easily knock out a 3pm spawn for the player, when they already have limited playtime as it is.

The late time we had it at before (which was at 10:15pm Central) was an acceptible spawn time. It was pushing it for EST folks, but it was managable.

12:15am/15:00pm East Coast :( 

PA might not understand that there are US Timezones besides PST /s  and it won't kill anyone for a spawn or 2 to conflict with nws times.

I too hope they will change their mind about the times chosen.

I'm also not giving up my saturday or sundays from doing things like mowing, hiking, any weekend visitors etc for a world boss. There's zero guarantee that anyone else would want to stop what they are doing in the middle of the day just to fight a world boss. This is silly. I think there was a mixup with the timezones and it was unintentional. Please revise!!

9PM East Coast / 6PM West Coast. This would be appropriate and conforming to what most people live their lives around. If it's later than that, then many people would find it difficult to fit it within their sleep schedule. If it's earlier than that, then those ending work at 5PM would not be able to make it. In general, most people end work either at 4pm or 5pm at the latest, I think anyway. And in terms of going to bed, 9-11pm seems appropriate for most people and making it for a 9pm world boss as the last thing someone needs to do for the night seems reasonable in my opinion.

These spawn times are not acceptable for East Coast NA players.

3PM EST and 12:15AM EST just doesn't fit with the majority of players schedules. If you have a fairly standard work-life balance you won't be able to attend any of these spawns and even if you work a night shift or the "graveyard" shift it will not be possible to hit most of these spawns without sacrificing sleep time.

Please change the spawn times to something more tennable. In my personal opinion a spawn earlier in the day and a spawn in the evening would make a lot more sense. The evening spawn should be in between 5:00(17:00) PM EST and 11:15(23:15) PM EST at the lastest.
As for the morning spawn that one will always have less attendance than other spawns since the vast majority of players will have obligations in the morning. I suggest either 10:00(10:00) AM 1:00(13:00) PM EST.

Just a small nudge a bit earlierin spawn would help a lot tbh... also whoevever is designing the boss schedule please keep in mind that there is no obligation to follow the same format as other regions. As long as we get the same amount of total boss spawns there is no reason why our table needs to look the same with just different spawn times.

The idea of adding more spawns, but limiting rewards to 3x per week to increase access is a great idea(though we do need more hearts..)

but it completely defeats the purpose if we only have 2 real spawn times- in the middle of the afternoon and 1 night slot that will necessarily exclude a chunk of the playerbase.

Spread out the spawn times like a regular boss
