Let's put aside the PVE vs PVP player argument for a second. Guild wars aren't just for fighting over a grind spot.

Long term health my ass. This game's core group of players is built around there being open world pvp. They are just trying to market to new players that keep crying about muh PVE experience. Whats really going to happen is they're going to run off their old players, and the new players are going to quit because it's not the type of game they were expecting anyway. Also buffing karma bombers is the most idiot thing they can do. Swap servers? Sure okay, oh there's another shit-head here? Nice!

You are not being restricted at all, you can still have your open world pvp but if you pk a player that does not flag up you will suffer the consequence of your action. If you are so desparate to pvp in the open world without consequence you have arsha servers in which you will find like minded people. 
I believe they should introduce several more arsha servers to facilitate the people that like that aspect of the game. However to use the argument that has been used for years against those asking for some pve servers, if you don't like the game after the changes, go play something else.

How much more dishonest can your argument be. I'm not restricted by these changes?  You might as well be saying "You're free to shoot him, you'll face the death penalty, but you can certainly shoot if you want. No restrictions!" The severity of the penalty imposes the restriction and you know it.

Arsha servers might slow the death of the game, but this is a direct strike against the very identity of the game itself. If these changes go live the game will be fundamentally transformed from what many players fell in love with. The very reason for all of those hours spent grinding pirates island, Aakman, elvia orcs will be gone and players will move on to something else.

Karma + Marni + Guild War : The pvp system in the game will be greatly affected in a negative way. Do you want fairness? When I kill monsters on the spot and the players come to grief me, I usually go for PK, kill him 3 times and get close to 0 karma. Is it my fault? I'm always looking for new spots because of people like that? The best option was duel for spot, a rule invented and respected by the players to keep order, don't accept = you get war and fight until you leave, simple and easy. I'm playing an MMORPG, I'm gearing up to be able to have an advantage over the others. Turn an open pvp world game into a princess game, we'll call it BDO Pu**y mode. Please don't do this.

If the players want pve without pvp, make a season server set but open to anyone, there people will not come to disturb you with the beating. Do you remember how it was during the season? To go to the spot to grind with 10 other people and get annoyed because you had nothing to do? Where are you moving? Normall server, why?

You'd be mistaken, but I'm not going to justify my game history to you. It's irrelevant, and your attempt to bring it in is nothing more than an attempt to discredit my opinions. 

The game changes because they always do, because the playerbase changes. Open world pvp has never been something a majority wants, and the proof is in arsha not being crowded most of the time like seasons and Olivia are. 

I'm here because the pve is damn good, lifeskilling is good, the classes are good, it looks good, and there's always stuff to do. I'm here despite the pvp griefing, which has actually died down significantly since 2016/2017 but still exists. 

Pvp still exists for those who want it, and will continue to exist even after these changes. Discords will coordinate gvg events like has been done in the past. 

Despite the insistence that BDO is a pvp game, that aspect of the game has never actually been pushed since the early years. People aren't advertised to based on pvp over grind spots or even gvg. Node wars, instanced pvp, and then everything else is pve. Look at how seasons are protected. That's not a true representation of the gameplay experience. 

Ok if those changes go through tell me how you deal with this situation.  I want your spot, I don't want to ruin my karma. I take off my chest and helm and just grind all over your spot.  You can't dec me, so you have to flag or leave.  Since I'm half naked you lose your karma way faster than you expected. When you're red I get dressed again and CC you in a pack of monsters. now you're red and dead to mobs and lose 2-5 crystals. Now you really have to leave, or lose even more crystals, maybe even downgrade your gear if you come back another 2-3 times.

Just saying "Arsha!" doesn't do anything to solve your problem when I strip half naked and grind on top of you to force you out of a spot.

You won't be able to dec me, and if you flag up you will turn red REAL quick and be forced out of your spot, or risk your whole family turning red.
