Regarding Family Karma, war decs and Marni realm

Suggestions/Comments: I intend to be very blunt with my opinions, take it as you will. Find me in game if you wanna tussle about it ;) 
Family Karma: I sank one boat the day naval karma came out. It took me YEARS to actually grind that karma out, not because I couldn't have just sat down and do it, but because it stopped me from progressing and making a boat. So I physically HAD to do it. I sank that boat on a guardian that I stopped playing a year or so PRIOR to getting my karma back. I personally think it defeats the purpose of open world pvp. YOU LITERALLY SIGN UP FOR PVP AT LEVEL 49.
Sure you can up the level from 49 to say 62 or something, but that still means that people will just grief you or grind the opposite way so you have to flag up on them and kill them to get your rotation back, or lose it even faster because they killed you. 
My personal opinions are very skewed I'm sure. I came into this game Years ago, on the pretense that this is an open world pvp game. From the start of me playing I wanted to fight people over spots, I wanted to practice and become the best I possibly could at a certain class. If you have family based Karma, you can go -1m on one character and then swap to a grinding alt with full pen tuvala or something and get that karma back in an hour and be back to griefing on your main. 
Don't get me wrong I was a perma red player for about a year, there are risks and rewards of being red. Rewards are lacking, but it just means less people are going to mess with you if they see you grinding. Risks are that people are still going to try to kill you and they lose nothing when they die.
If we were to go to this Family Karma system I personally wouldn't play the game anymore. It ruins the whole point of even getting gear to pvp. Now you can just get full ap accessories and have 0 downside to it. Lunar necklaces would mean nothing, Dawns earrings wouldn't mean anything, Narcs would only be good in Kama. Even still people just want Distos or Debos for every slot now. For what? to pve better? When there are ap caps in place to stop you from over clearing? 
Marni Realm refresh:
I don't hate the idea of Marni Realm being more open, but I also believe that there should be specific servers for Marni realm rather than normal servers. Mainly because I NEVER use the Marni Realm. Not because I think its a bad idea or bad concept, just because I have min maxed my gear as much as I could to pve well and have people try to grief me and still TRY to win. If I wanted to grind without pvp or the threat of pvp then I would do seasonal centaurs and make more money. 
War Decs:
War decs need to be able to have 1 sided Dec's. You are giving people the chance to grief more. I get griefing, its fun. I have a full dp build set just to grief people. That also is one of the ways I try to incentivise people to dec me. I LOVE pvp, I try to pvp as much as I can. But having both parties have to agree on the dec? That seems silly. You can have friendly gvgs already where you set up the decs in advance so when you meet up its pvp time and you can keep score. But if you have it where you are getting griefed and the other guild won't dec back, then you are forced to lose karma or swap. AND with Karma being a Family based system in works. That strongly discourages people from flagging up, and encourages people to actually grief more, since there isn't any reprocussions. 
Sure you can be guildless griefing, but you lose out on all the perks that a guild has, and makes you BY FAR easier to kill and easier to keep contained.
TLDR:
These changes are dumb and you are going to lose a good majority of the high geared or end game player base, if Node wars and Sieges are the only place for safe PVP.
Change Suggestions:
If Karma is family based - Make karma go up to positive 1m and -300k as caps. Make it easier to grind karma back. 
War decs - I personally think 15 minute wait timer for a dec is too long. Usually by the time the dec goes through, either you are already red, the griefer has already swapped or you swapped. I think having a 1 minute timer on a dec would be nice. That way pvp would start faster and safer and you wouldn't lose karma if it DOES go to family based karma. 
Marni Realm - I think if you make Marni realm have more hours / servers dedicated to it, there should be a down side of using it. Like a -50% drop rate. Especially since you have servers dedicated to pvp and no karma loss you get +50% Drop rate.
These are just my opinions and I strongly suggest not going through with the Family Karma and War Dec changes, but I don't care much about Marni Realm, I rarely if ever have used it.

Kamra is legit the most retarded thing in the game.

Of course its needed, cuz otherwise all servers would be just arsha, but the state that it is in right now is so bad.

More geared players pay with karma for people griefing them, or refusing dfs.

People who know how to abuse the karma system karmabomb, while people who try to fight karmabombing or just don't want to lose more karma fed players into mobs.

15 minute war timer is way too long as mentioned with good reasoning.

Marni realm should never be introduced imo, just make the game single player and there you have your marni realm, 1h of free grind on most spots is semi-fine cuz ok some ppl just want to get daily hour after work or something but any more is just spitting on the MMORPG basics, which is interacting with other players. Fighting over spot is, and should stay a part of the game

Kind of wanted to add this in there aswell. There should be a maximum of like -50k per kill if we keep the 300k karma cap. That way it also discourages griefing.

I have said that the Karma loss should be when you attack someone you lose 30k karma, but then you are red to that player until that player swaps servers or 10 minutes goes by.  Also players should be able to swap servers while dead.  Killing a player should not cost any karma, because it is more damaging to CC spam someone and get the mobs to kill them for you (aka mob feeding).

Thats not a bad idea either. Lose karma when you attack someone instantly, but then if you go red from attacking them and they kill you it would kind of suck lol. I'm okay with losing the 3k karma from attacking, idk about 30k. Maybe 10k would be okay? Idk. Im on both ends of the spectrum though. I tend to go red alot and/or flag up on people with my dp gear and cc them just to feed people to mobs.
