Ever since the Land of the Morning Light came out, I seem to be experiencing crashes way more frequently. From what I've gathered by speaking to other players, the vast majority of them are using Nvidia graphic drivers. The below picture is the common error that shows up in the event viewer when the game crashes. The error references the graphics driver, however, mine are all up to date with the most frequent drivers. This is the only game that crashes for me with this error. If I look through the other bug fixes, I see that there are other players experiencing the massive amounts of crashing. This game is very unstable, and are looking forward to someone providing some help or atleast recognizing that many players are dealing with this issue.

THIS ONE IN PARTICULAR
The last link above shows several players posting near the exact same screenshot. Not all of these people can possibly be having corrupted files and issues related. My PC is nearly brand new. This is clearly an issue with this game.
I've now also reinstalled the game, and continue to crash. 3 Times now in one hour. This is absolutely absurd to not respond to any of the above complaints and atleast recognize the issue.
Same problem here!
The last week, i am getting Crash every 5 minutes. It doesn't matter what my settings are.
I have done:
CLEAN INSTALL OF THE GAME
UPDATED GPU DRIVERS - WINDOWS UPDATES
VERIFY INTEGRITY OF THE GAME (I am playing through Steam)
REPAIR THROUGH THE LAUNCHER
REMOVE OVERCLOCK ON GPU-CPU
CHECK/UNCHECK THE FIREWALL
SFC/SCANNOW
CHECK RAM LOSS
CLEAN OLD GPU DRIVERS THROUGH DDU
FLASH DNS
DELETED "Documents/Userpofile folder"
VERIFY REGISTRY
(I fresh clean installed Windows 10 10 days ago "Original copy")
REINSTALL FRESH LATEST RUNTIMES
This is my PC PARTS (CLICK ME)
I can play other titles on Ultra FPS (CP2077 - RDR2 - Even BDO on Remastered)
This is just annoying! The fact that we can't find a source of the problem and sort it out!
I tried everything, memtest, OCCT, prime95, playing on another hard drive, trying older Nvidia drivers, Nvidia without geforce experience, reinstalling vcredist, checkdisk....
Playing with MSI afterburner + rtss or not, v sync on or off, gsync on (even did a siege with it lol...)...
No matter what I have the same error over and over again 0xc0000005, it started since the first update of LOML, it happen when there are a lot of players (RBF,Node war/Siege, even guild boss).
I asked the BDO support and they were not useful.
I don't know what more do you need, you should start working on this issue it is really a pain to the point of not wanting to do anything im really tired of this...

I ve done all of the steps above. Customer support was using a Copy paste message with Steps that i allready done. This is a JOKE!
This seems to be a problem with the nvwgf2umx.dll, which also happens in many other games.

Doesn't happen in any other game for me only BDO that does that.
One more affected here. Please note that on the folder %APPDATA%\Local\CrashDumps there will be a .dmp file for each crash (in my case, from 700 to 900 MB each).
I already opened a ticket with Pearl Abyss and they told me it was because BDO doesn't support Windows 11. In other words, they rather don't have a clue about what's happening or they just didn't want to work.
I got a response that told me to use the error report tool on the start up screen to report the error I reported in my ticket... sigh lol
I'm also runing an nvidia graphics card, 2070TI to be more prciese in windows 10.
Here is my list of occurences so far according to the event viewer:
After reviewing logs I can see that on the day of the first ocurrence for this particular crash I did have a windows update installed , to be more presice this is the update installed that day KB5025221.
This error (only this one) has crashed the game 26/30 times in about a month.
I have updated drivers since its related to nvidia but also note that since the last 2 updates the crashes have become way more common and with the new driver even more common.
I will try the full driver uninstall and install an older version as is suggested in a previous comment but for me this only happens with bdo so it may be an incompativilty issue that started happening with new drivers/windows updates and bdo and I think its worth investigating.
I will update with my results once I fully reinstall my drivers and run the game for a couple of days
