Why is there no in game explaination of the mechanics? Everything is trial and error.

The other game I play is ffxiv all the bosses are scripted to do the same thing with maybe like a few variations. I agree I would rather bdos bosses be scripted with mechanics to learn rather then random with random things the bosses do even effecting how fast you can even kill it. Beating your personal time can be all rng based on what skills the boss uses when
