Make all classes' number stats and Skills Damage the same!
Same with cooldowns!
No more need for nerfs or buffed classes skills
Let the Gear, Crystals, Artifacts, and PLAYERS' SKILLS decide what really counts
The play style doesn't need to be affected by the stats of different damage of skills it should be affected by the gear you have.
Only the Ultimate 50/100/200% bsr and skills addons should be the only stat that matters
This is for all that says BDO is a Skilled based game then MAKE It so!

Id rather them get rid of resists & ignore resist first. It affects skill more than defined stats imo.

That's a good point of view,
It would be better instead of removing it, they should implement it more, making it more relevant and need it.
I love balance, but I believe this game should reflect some realism, however......
I love Shai, and Berserker (easiest comparison), but Shai should not be as naturally tough as a Berserker.
Base stats should be different, but the skills should provide the balance. Shai should outwit and manuever Berserker to beat him, and she should therefore have great speed, accuracy and have attacks that stun large opponents. Should he land a hit or two, she's dead. If he can hit her, that is.
Therefore, it will be a skill based game as it should be. The fact that they favor classes and heap hate on others (why hate Shai, PA?) is ludicrous and rebalance is long overdue. But, I'm not a fan of gear being the only factor of how well classes perform.

here is a issue, there should be clear PVE & PVP dmg difference. All this modifiers kinda kills classes over time. It's true that everything must be gear/build & skill depended then there should be no nerfs but every MMO has this problems.
Your suggestion seems very much like Guild Wars 2 system where everything is effected by how players builds thier class. Which weapon, Which trait line combinations, What type of gear, What type of crystals and so on... The way classes play totally depends on the build you create. by changing build you can either make a class a worst class or the best one in game.

From a design perspective this just isn't feasible. Classes have different skills, different flows, animations, areas of effect, etc. Ranged classes have the advantage of distance so their time on target is greater, meaning their damage over time would be greater than a melee. Your suggestion requires the homogenization of all classes. Every class gets the same number of iframes, same SA, FG, guard (some classes don't even have a guard), same dashes and dash distance, same crowd control on the same abilities, all cooldowns on the same inputs are equal... If berserker gets a CC on w+rmb but lahn on shift+q then berserker has the advantage.
It takes away classes identity in order to equalize all numbers. Some classes are tank, some fast, some have great self support, some group, some have a lot of utility, some have strong single target, some strong aoe, some large aoe and ok single target.... But in order for numbers to be the same and to create the same numerical performance in equally skilled hands, you need to do away with the major class differences that will disrupt those numbers.
Now, a slightly better suggestion would be to make the numerical output the same while allowing for different stat numbers, but that's a herculean task.

You've never played a Shai in capped content, have you? Shais die just a quickly as the squishiest classes no matter what build they use and since almost all pvp content is capped, you rarely ever run into a situation where a zerker can't two shot a Shai.
I have been playing this game for 7 and a half years, I am not a new player...
I can honestly say that BDO PVP is a mess and is super unbalanced...... I don't care what most of the "to be very nice to people in authority because you want them to help you" have to say.!
PVP is frustrating and is getting sad and pointless...
9 years and still needs to nerf & buff classes.!!!
9 years and still can't come up with a balanced way to make all the class's skills damaged in pvp fair!
It's just disappointing, that they are making some classes more favorable than others in preference of players.
The Harder classes to play are not even worth it nor is it rewarding...
Truly sad.
