I rezz tear, aand fight as hard as I can.  I avoid others' rotations.  I don't remove armor.  I don't duel for spot.  I don't care if others grind in an area where I was first and was alone.  I win half the fights when I rezz and fight (rezzing at 5%). I will not leave an area when I was there first not bothering anyone.  I am called a karmabomber.  That's why I basically laugh at that term.

If you're fighting back, I don't see why one would call you karmabomber to begin with? If they use owpvp against you to steal the spot, they shouldn't complain about you using the same method?

I am appealing to you Pearl Abbys to fix the karma system in the game. I am sick of the constant griefing and karma bombing on spots by people who have lost duel for spot. This kind of toxic behavior just destroys this game and many people have stopped playing Black Desert because of it.

For many years players have been asking for this system to be remodeled because it doesn't work properly and still nothing has changed. I am fed up. How many years can we be ignored as a community? I am asking you as the next thousandth person to remodel this system or eventually remove it from the game altogether.

Because the majority of this community is not very smart, if you don't accept DFS you're automatically the griefer (reminds me of kindergarden, where the spoiled kid had to have his way).

In my book the only correct way is first come first served (which is what I utilize) if I own a spot and you invade it asking DFS (and KS'ing afterwards) I'm gonna declare war, simple as that.

Funny thing is, there's probably less PvP on Arsha cause you can't grief there, because if you start some shit, it's not gonna end.

I'd tell it differently, but I think our visions are similar : in my book players can use whichever method they want as long as the goal is the spot, the challenge, but not if the goal is to simply bother another player. In short, the intent is what is important for me. 

The intent is ultimately meaningless.  If someone wants to flex or go around pking because they enjoy it, then the intent doesn't matter at all.  Remember it's a PVP game?

In fact according to Pearl Abyss you are supposed to SUPRESS your opponents and destroy their ability to progress in the game.  This is done as part of the COMPEITITVE game environement where stiffling your opponents is INTENDED.

That's WHY you could DESTROY TRADE ITEMS from other adventures.  You where SUPPOSED to view them as your ENEMY/OPPONENT and make them suffer loses so they would not gain ground and over power YOU.

You are supposed to destroy your opponents, survival of the FITTEST.

This is the SAME system and reasoning Ashes of Creation is trying to create.  In addition, since that is the case, stiffling, hindering, or supressing opponents by ANY means is intended game play.  If you can lock them out of an area, disrupt their life skills, etc you are following the original design AND INTENT of the game.

Pearl Abyss can't even figure out their own game intent is actually in conflict with their own TOS because what they think they want is so highly toxic it's unplayable for many players.  And that then conflicts with the TOS which has an objective of making money and thus not driving away customers.  Thus Pearl Abyss has a conflict of interest with itself.

Considering the sheer amount of sh**-talk of the game, the slander of verifiable users, the amount of simply BAD information (like referencing a 3+ year old Cooking guide to explain how P2W cooking is), the absolute LACK of tangible, verifiable evidence that this user even has a game account to begin with.
