Like I said in the title, remove this stupid "feature" that makes actively travelling anywhere an infuriating nightmare. What was even the thinking behind this? Did they not realise that literally moving anywhere requires holding a key down for long periods of time? And it doesn't even matter if you're steering with a mouse, it still will stop your horse or character. And I'm sure I'm an outlier here, but I really rather enjoy actively travelling on a horse in this game, which is darn near impossible now. I can't even go the relatively short distance between Kusha and Altinova without my horse stopping several times. There have been a lot of bad updates recently, but this one really takes the cake. It's almost like they're trying to discourage people from actively playing their game.

You dont have to Holddown W to travel ... just open Map, make a destination path. then click T or only click T and enjoy the enviroment when traveling

Sure, there are ways around it.
And only one of my characters has auto sprint because I do not AFK ride much, and spend most of my time grinding, or getting to places to grind quickly, which means manual sprinting....
What really bugs me is the laziness and senselessnesss underlying this fix. They fixed the problem with the Spook.
And each time this annoyance flips in my face, it reminds me of the underlying cancer of laziness and lack of imagination that is killing this game. It kills my fun.

At a minimum, they should remove W, A, S, D, and Shift from this damn restriction

does it even trigger the thing? I ride a lot manual and never had any problems with holding W for a long time for it.

It does, but most often, you get to the place you need before it even triggers when you have fast horse and shift+f+w :)
