Suggestions/Comments:
The recent central market price increases have been great on the one hand but it has further increased a issue of the some Trade crates being unvalueable in many cases low end cases and some mid tier crates.
Shifting trade crate production and even to make movement on market mean something, trade crates would benefit if they were at the half of the mid price between its maximum and minimum.

Half value of max scenario assuming 35,000 is the mid price of plywood between its maximum and minimum:
1x Serendia Crate
175,000 Maple Plywood
175,000 Pine Plywood
Total 350,000
0% Distance = 175,000 Silver
This would mean if a wood price goes above its mid point, more distance must be added to counteract the loss but if the supply goes beyond market need it can increase margins adding more demand as more people may switch to creating the better value crate. This would mean for break even just taking the mid price a distance of 75% with bargain must be achieve a 1% profit due to bargain being 26%.
Further with this mid point structure you have a 25% distance minimum for min price items and a 125% distance to get the 1% profit for max priced raw materials.
Reminder 1% profit is 1,750 Silver. This is small but for a passive system fair if you then also add that distance can add another 50% above its 87,500 and so starts to add up but
still means profit of 1000 crates your looking at 87,500,000 silver in todays in game prices a very small margin but at least a guaranteed margin.

This would mean that some of the harder to come by crates would loose a little bit of value assuming same max and min price for Snowfield Timber and Thornwood as the crate would loose 26,000 silver roughly. However it would normalize the shifting of production according to market and in general assure other trade items such as Palm Timber crates which are dead for the ease of access to new players actually would gain a little. The overal margin would be smaller but it makes every type of crate being crop, mineral, lumber or mushroom would be more viable overall.
