G'day there.
Given the scope of the change to seasons, i'm a little disappointed in the change management and communications strategy being used by PA.
The Summer season has been extended from end July to end August and now is end December.
The notice providing warning of the changes to season does little except cause concern among players. It hints that even the definition of a season will be revised and a season will be an ongoing 'boot camp' type experience from which you graduate when you want. (IMHO, a great improvement to the game.)
But, given the scope and impact of this change, please PA, can you quickly provide more details on how this will all work and when it will be implemented?
This is it in a nutshell. PAs article says "Right Now", BUT more info is coming. Well someone at PA is a fucking moron. This article was very ill timed. The current season should have just ended here in August. ONCE they had the new change ready, announce the coming changes, then realease the content. All they did was confuse the shit out of everyone.

the current season was extended for 4 MORE months..... the infinite season will start in 2024.... so anyone who was waiting on the next season, because maybe they decided to graduate a bad choice of timepiece in anticipation of a new season a month ago, is now locked out of season content for the rest of the year. wallet closed... possibly a break from BDO... i love the game, but this was poorly thought out choice. extending a season for 5 extra months just to allow people who started in a bonus time period of the current season to complete the season, instead of ending it properly and starting a new one..... wow.. most wont even still be here in december... reward the fickle and punish the stalwart... very wise....

There has been a notice on SEA very recently. I assume we will get the update to the season notice here soon as well, so hang tight. It explained that the season changes are expected to be implemented around the middle of september.
I assume the extension has been made this long to show to new players that they can create their season chars without worries about the time limit even now.

The "preview" we just got doesn't seem like reliable info on asnwering the 2 main questions: HOW OFTEN can new coupons be re-administered after each graduation? ... and what is happening with the Premium Pass? (I would assume they've change it to this model, just to sell way more Premium passes to those people who love simping by paying to win More exclusive rewards)
