Important: 1 My sticky UI dissapears cause they are sent to my second screen.
                   2 You can recreate this easilly

                   3 I do not have Vsynch off so even with window mode locked to your monitor HZ (144 in my case) it goes over the cap that should be 144 without modifying anything else in nvidia control panel or going full screen.

Engine fix when?

The FPS boost will go away if you close the windows, let them open and play with them open. 

BDO in game FPS counter still shows less FPS but can anytyme test in ultra mode to see that they are real FPS. 

Fixes the Stutters.
