Mechanics aside, 900 is nowhere near enough for all these new spots. You should be pushing close to 1000 or higher to get competitive numbers at most of the new spots that have been introduced in the past month - Dehkia and Ulukita. These spots all have an "AP floor" based on the monster's DR, which effectively makes all your AP up to 850-900 worthless (only valued at 5%), depending which spot.
I agree that the "recommended AP" is garbage info and the game should simply tell you the AP floor/cap so we're not stuck testing it on Labs manually.
That's exactly what i'm trying to expose, PA making new PVE content exclusively for GODR/Blackstar weapons, you physically can't grind them if you dont use those items. Like why does those world bosses even exist if boss items useless, you can't hit minimum requred AP with them to deal damage (BDO is brackets game, when you lack stats you dont deal damage at all)

Of course they make new endgame content with those in mind. They're the endgame pve weapons. Surprise, who knew you'd need endgame pve weapons for endgame pve content?
The world boss weapons exist because they're part of the progression path. Their lifespan has been significantly shortened from before, but boss into blackstar has been the progression path since blackstar came out. You simply chose to ignore it.

Doesnt blackstar need 3 boss items melted down an is significantly harder than boss gear to enhance...? These spots are end game ... I would hope they would use BiS PvE items...

And for fotm classes. Awaken mage that is slow casting aoe class can't do mechanics they need fast enough for it to matter. Besides the dmg variables are horribly tuned for older classes anyway. So yeah Pearl-shop re-roll items now! ...rather give a finger for their new zone and poop-mail the devs and grind elsewhere...

Once again, recomended AP say 310/320 AP, its says nothing more, ingame UI show its as green to go
But in reality you need to discard your gear because its doesn't work there and 100% won't work anywhere else, and its not even because gear is bad, its because they put some sort of blocker that require monster damage to even deal damage.
And please stop saying "i hope they would" or they should watch guide" or "check out discord", BDO not a linear puzzle game ( haha it is, just use BIS item and play FOTM class, zero variety possible, because nothing else works ), BDO is still listed as MMORPG and on top on that PA even show you recommended stats.
Its clear from a long time that monster attack is numbers for kutum. People grind there succesfull with less than 310 AP. But kutum ofc.
Now class is another story. Also defence maybe is the biggest isue here.
Where you fish afk and make loot of money ? 😊

All modern spot stat recommendations are made with kutum in mind. They also admitted recently that their recommendations are off and they intend to revamp the ui to show the true caps for spots (aka softcaps mentioned on garmoth.com.) Also ironic that you mention using BiS item and you're attempting to do endgame pve spots with nouver instead of kutum...
Anyway, for those of you struggling to do the spot, the mechanic works as follows: The mob packs have insane amounts of dr. You're not intended to kill them as is, but by activating the mechanic and then bursting them down while they're on the floor.
There's a shaman mob that spawns with each pack, you aggro him, and once he teleports and ends his first animation, you have a short window to hit him with a cc to activate a Ulukita buff. Once this buff is applied, the mobs will be instantly knocked down and you're then supposed to burst the mobs down. If the mobs hit 50% hp while on the floor, they will instantly die. If they stand up before reaching 50% hp, you still have a second chance to kill them, but more slowly. If the buff is still active and you bring them to 25% hp while they're standing, it will kill the mob.
At 310kutum with only 1 blackstar, the mobs die easily in the cc window. THis spot is all about proper pve comboing with proper skill debuff sequence/addons.
The only problem with the spot is that its totallly awful average silver and the drop rate of the elkarr upgrade is abyssmal. Furthermore the knight mobs seem to be a total waste of time compared to many elites spawns at other spots. The spot DESPERATELY needs an intermediary drop between literally nothing, the essence of devouring which is 1 per hour average with every drop buff in existence, and the elkar which is one every 7-10 hours (lol).
Eilton lol. Fish last for 3 days, nobody fishes there so it's always Abundant, turn in Velia so you can turn in your energy for Energy potions.
Gets you lots of Discarded Glass Bottles and Golden Seal Imperial Fishing.
