I might understand in the case of outfits which are class unique, but in the case of Cellesial calling horn, I don't see any reason that it shouldn't be able to be used on all characters. It seems a bit predatory that we have to spend $22 USD if we need it on another character, or even our tagged character cannot use it, as well as can't use the same horse that our tag has so we effectively need to leave 1 horse behind. Same feeling as when I bought a fish outfit for my character before I understood I couldn't play it physically, and then I had to buy another one for my lifeskilling character. Then I made a new main character and at this point I have bought two Horns, 3 swimming outfits, one exchange outfit, (which I might add that 20k loyalties was added but that is like 6 months of saving?)
