The chance to obtain an imperial steed is 2.5% when breeding the highest level and breedable tier of horses in the game (T8 level 30). This is lower than the base chance of obtaining a T10 (!). Please increase the chance of getting the imperial steed from breeding, ideally with an increased rate to obtain via the character's training level. Thank you!

It was, many years ago when breeding was the primary way to obtain a higher-tier horse. T8s are now frequently obtained through events and seasons, and it's much harder to sell a non-courser T8 on the market. Increasing the chance to obtain an imperial steed might bring back some benefit or purpose to breeding.
I would like to breed my horses with each other tbh. And imperial steed from breeding would be great I have a ton of t6-t8s laying around would love to see breeding be useful.

I realize this post is a year old, but when has it ever been hard to sell a non-courser T8 on the market?
Cheap T8's sell like hot cakes. Especially level 15+ ones, because people just buy them to immediately imperial them for flowers.
So apaprently this was implemented.
I have had a few of the Imperial Steeds but none since the change.
I have bred a lot of LVL 30 Tier8s and some lvl 30 Tier7s with a plethora of Tier6 avg 20 - 25 but not hand an Imperial Steed ever since
So I think the screwed something up typical BDO style. Instead of increasing the %rng_chance counter they decreased it further
