The launcher will appear if it's installed.
If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Dye channels with custom dye resetting on character login

Hello, 

Since the last two patches, dye channels with custom dye on my character's outfit or mount barding are frequently reset.

- Happens frequently but not on each login

- Does not affect dye channels with standard Merv's palettes selected. 

Would appreciate a fix. Thank you!
