looks like and area for a dock and nothing inside you can ride around almost look thike they were fighting maybe some mob in one of the load in screen today
also see that O'dyllita bridge is up and you can get to the castle

It will be the castle site for the Kamasylvian side of the upcoming "War of the Roses" - a 300v300 large scale siege fight that was announced to be released soon

For the Adventure log: Caphras journal, you gotta talk to the node manager at O'dyllita Castle bridge to complete book 1. None of the guides online have been updated for that yet.
