Was playing Black desert and while doing World bosses  I noticed that on the left side of the monitor an invisible split started showing.

Picture of where it happens https://imgur.com/a/bOyGQEZ it's like there's a misalignment between the 2 sides which keep going >aligned>misaligned>aligned>misaligned and etc... From what I observed the issues seems to pop up randomly in world bosses/BG's

Until recently I chucked it up for a defect in my monitor (1440p 165hz) until today I saw a video of a friend of mine doing some BG's where I noticed the same exact thing.

I don't know if this is a recent issue that popped up after the transfer(Never had it before on 1080p) before the  transfer.
