Hi, I suppose you used to have an Oasis Weapon. this was a free TRI Kutum basically that was given out during a year-long event due to covid to help out everyone playing. However, the event ended a while ago, and these weapons were deleted.
There also is a new function called "Find my item" added. Type in the name of your subweapon (Shield) and see if it can find anything. (In case you didnt have an Oasis weapon).
If you want to get another weapon if you dont find it, I recommend making a season character and getting a pen tuvala subweapon (and also rest of your gear). This will make your further progress much easier, as it is a full set of basically free TET boss gear + tri gold accessories. The boss gear can then be upgraded via quest to PEN, which is cheaper than making the PEN yourself, or buying it from the market (though it gets more expensive after doing more than 2 weapons and armors).

Thank you, that would explain it, thinking back I think I sold the original boss subweapon because i ccould use a ramone's oais sub-weapon until i could buy a better shield. I just finished my Woosa seasonal character yesterday so i'll go ahead and just buy another tet kutum shield when onee goes up on the central market. Going to use the fughar watch on the woosa for the maegu release or on a corsair wheen the woosa gets her awakening weapon, so one of those will be getting that tuvala gear.

hi, i have a question about manos clothes. there are no farmers manos clothes. does gathering manos clothes work for farming. there are silver farmers clothes which i already have. thanks if you know the answer.

Sadly, there currently is no farming Mastery. So no, Gathering mastery also does not work on farming

Hi guys. As a main quest line I have chosen Mountain of eternal Winter "Everfrost" Quest line when asked on the Crossroad in Duveincrune. As a result I cannot get the quest line for Processing beginner in Heidel in which one is supposed to get knowledge about ingots.
Is there any way to fix it? To get this knowledge in different way?
Or I have to cancel my choice and get throw the full quest? Is it even possible?

Hi. You cannot usually play for free for longer than 7 days. However, sometimes there are certain events that offer free access to the game.
Currently there is no such event running though, so you either have to check for these events every Wednesday, or pay for the one time game access.

I feel like you may be misunderstanding what Ambassadors are. We ambassadors are just players, and try to volunteer our time to help new players or anyone else needing assistance about game matters. We are not staff or in any way involved with ticket handing / suggestions / game mechanics etc.
The threads on this forum are being screened by CMs, and then gathered as feedback for PA. However, we as ambassadors do not have any influence on this process. Engaging with posts, other than when we have a personal interest in them, is not something that is part of the scope of our duties. Gaining attention from one of us also has no effect on the viability or similar of a post, as we are only players, and our opion holds no higher value than that of other players.
