I assume this is the only place in forums to ask as it is not a class discussion but alas, 

I noticed the twinkle star's florang changes the color of the skills from cyan/blue to yellow. I cannot seem to find any info online from people nor can I find out from people in game :D, any shai users can shed some light into which-if any other- weapon skins change the color of the skills?

There are no others.
Only Twinkle star armour peice changes our skills colour.

I thought it was the florang skin itself. 

I really have got to read descriptions properly *duh*
