No item from Gyfin Rhasia "Token of Promise" quest

Area: Gyfin Rhasia, Kamasylvia
Issue: I didn't receive the quest item "Sword of Gyfin Rhasia" (https://bddatabase.net/us/item/40391/) after the completion of "Token of Promise" quest in Gyfin Rhasia ( https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/6503/10/ ). The quest log confirms I completed the quest (and I cannot receive again), but the item essential for the quest "To the tooth fairies" (https://bddatabase.net/us/quest/6002/30/) is missing.
