I greatly enjoyed seasonal servers, lol. I don't consider any spot as mine, and I can manage if people grind nearby.

Its up to you if you like to get half the earnings you could. I like to spend my time efficently and getting my mobs killed is someone actively wasting my time. I find people actively costing me time to be kinda offensive.
And it is not a competition - everyones efficency is bad in such situatuions. I'd love for it to be a competition in "who grinds faster", would be a fine solution - but it doesn't work that way. Your silver/h would be way lower even if you "can manage" and "grind faster".

People who decced because of 2 and 3 are punished because PA decided they needed a heavy-handed approach. GVGs are absolutely going away after these changes.
