Thank you PA for making the game enjoyable for new comers, while making those trash pvper's stay in Arsha where they belong.
Still able to flag, still able to feed player... still able to lose gems.
Still able to take off gear and Karma Bomb or legit bully others.
Removing Dec system does absolutely nothing to prevent or deter the real problem children within the community. Literally just stopping a guild zerg but will it deter 6,7 10 members from a guild flagging and continuously grabbing an CC you in mobs?
It is still OPEN WORLD PVP both sides of this argument are a bunch of closed minded clowns, both are right AND both are wrong. Each side has valid complaints but a it relates to PVE and decs caused by this it will in fact be a much bigger burden on both sides than you beleive.

Yeah its just about him. Lets ignore the fact that PA even mentioned there are over 100 daily instances of forced PVP in US alone. PVP players got what they deserved for harassing others.
Most pvpers are decent people and don't bully. As with all games, there are few bullies whose only goal is to make life miserable. The same can be said for pver's who intentionally disrupt others' rotations. While I appreciate something being done to reduce the guild deccs being done simply to harass other guilds, I think that PA should approach this with more gradual steps, such as time limits on one way deccs. This is too far too fast.

Amazing update, thank you PA. This update gives new players a chance to enjoy Black Desert without having to deal with toxic end-game PvP guilds. The tears of PvPers is quite delicious.
