No please J, implement this change! I need this so bad! I keep getting dec'd on by other people when I start to grief them, take their mobs and karma bomb them then feed them to make them lose 20 bil worth of crystals! If you add this feature, I can grief people to my heart's desire and make everyone miserable! 

If you remove these people's only form of protection against karma bombing, I'll only have 15 minutes to do it until the dec goes through!

Yeah this change is completely out of touch with a huge majority of the players on this region. I'm not sure how the culture of the game is in other regions but open world pvp and salt decs are a large part of what makes the game exciting and fun. 

they did listen, to the people that have already left the game lmao.

PA always cater to the waves of new players that only play for a week top then when the changes hit the ones that the changes made for have already left.

I understand PA is trying to improve the experience for newer players, but the Marni's change is the best route of addressing that. Not removing the ability to defend yourself from someone showing up and grinding overtop of you. You're literally removing one important aspect of new and veteran players being able to enjoy their grind in peace. If there was any serious investigation or forethought put into **WHY** one-sided war decs occur, these changes would've never been given actual serious consideration. Applying bandaids to complex issues is a great way to kill a game experience for a player base. What's to stop people from just grinding overtop of each other indefinitely? If your answer is, "Oh well eventually they'll get bored", then I have a plot of oceanfront property to sell you in South Dakota.

There's an old saying that goes like: "If there's a will, then there's a way", if someone is committed to taking a spot from another person, removing one-sided war decs isn't going to stop that from happening. I get a lot of people have incredibly frustrating experiences also being PvP'd while lifeskilling or AFK fishing or horse training, but I've got news for you guys, **THIS CHANGE DOESN'T ADDRESS THAT**. If we were to run a survey, the majority of those deaths are due to someone who doesn't care about karma penalties just full sending it on someone who they know can't punish them back because life skill gear doesn't provide a way to fight back against an attacker. So what's changed by removing one-sided war decs? Nothing, that guy who killed you on sheep mountain or at Behr the other day is still going to flag on you and kill you. So you're still going to be upset. I just think there has to be another way to protect people who don't want to be bothered than just removing something that's been part of the game since launch. I mean isn't the guild protection system in place to protect lower geared players? Why isn't that being utilized, maybe expand the guild protection system rather than removing player agency to defend themselves. Anything has to be better than removing one-sided war decs. 

NO I haven't.  People wander into where I am grinding all the time.  It's no big deal.  I say hello and keep grinding.

Well, how is my guild decced then?  Lol.  We don't do gvgs, nor do we node war.  Again, you know nothing about my guild.  We are respectful and don't mess with others.

Terrible changes. Theres should a better way to opt out people that want nothing to do with pvp than to force the competitive crowd to eat this pill.

Large scale pvp happens in arsha every so often, if you are in an alliance trying to fight other guilds. 
If they decide they dont want to dec you, you can still flag them on arsha, but you will also be hitting your alliance members as well, causing the self-grief experience to be clunky and rushed. 

If you want to protect the lifeskillers, do something else than this change.

The only way to be dec'd at that point is to be dec'd by another guild that has no decs at the same guild size or lower than your guild size. If PA has the tools to find out how many one-sided war decs are going on, they should be able to see who cycles their decs and drops them all to dec guilds like yours and prevent that from happening, rather than forcing a unilateral change onto the entire community.
