lol i cannot wait for this change to go live. i already tagged a zerker with 1 marni fuel and now ready to feed people to mobs with my 600+ DR. i will grab these lil fruit cups that complain about one sided decs and hold em in the air while i stand in a big red circle. once these changes hits the NA servers its game time baby BBBBRRRRRRATTTTTTTTTTTTTT TATTT TATATATAT.

I am not even part of a warring guild by far and I want this to stay as is. I didn't really check before this hot topic came up but I find the existing condition of a guild not being ready for when (unless they join PvP content or declared war themselves) totally sufficient.
While I hate being gear checked in Duels for spot, I find this a lot better than most MMOs I've played before, where griefers will just grind over you and similar stuff, entirely without consequences.
If you do intend to push through with your announced changes, you destroy a feature that makes this game GOOD, even from a non-PvP-er's perspective like mine.
I bet there are way less cases of guild war Dec being abused compared to the individual griefing you will summon if you go through with changes as announced. And the guild ones are way easier to punish effectively too.

PA will just kill bdo entirely with the update cause they already changed the karma system to be family shared, so pking isnt allowed anymore technically and now we will have declaration changes catering to griefers. Just rename the game to GRIEFER Deadert Online and watch as what little of remaining playerbase that plays actively everyday leave and uninstall.
