Hello, i'm writing this to draw more attention to the sudden and unprompted crashes (in addition to loading screen crashes ofc) that have been happening since the release of LOML, and to know how many people this actually affects.

Since the release of the new region, almost immediately, there has been a huge spike in crashes, but these ones feel different, its not loading screen crashes primarily (although these are way more common), its just sudden game freezes and closing after 1-2 seconds, no matter what you do. Where I see this most myself and also between my alliance members is during nodewars/sieges, with the majority of players crashing 3-4 times, maybe even more, each evening. This has been going on for months now and is starting to cause some real aggrivation, there's no reason for this to get ignored and accepted as another feature of our game...

Individual tickets have been made by players all over the region but we get the same copium replies of cleaing caches etc which ultimately makes no difference, don't reference older PC's either because having built mine with brand new hardware it took all of 5 mins on an optimised OS to get an unprompted crash...

Can we please have a proper investigation into these crashes, If the game creates crash logs we are happy to provide these over if this helps narrow it down, but the standard copy paste replies aren't doing anything to help this. 

Please share this to raise awareness within your guilds/alliances. I'd also be curious to know if this affects the NA/SEA/KR regions also, or if this is just an EU issue....

These crashes are also super common in RBF. Maybe it's class specific, maybe not.
