excellent suggestions. I would love for greater differences between Carracks and we NEED sailor management. The reason you don't have more people in sailing are the incredible road blocks and poor QoL compared to land based activities.

We need simple tweaks and adjustments and it woul be great.

7 months later without a change regarding sailors... Still no change to sailor management, types, or leveling. :c
i am proud to say that this week, after almost 5 years and probably a count in 10thousands, i got a perfect sailor!
