When I continue reading posts by most of the guys who essentially champion diverse ways of bullying/griefing other players, such as feeding to mobs and GS DFS rolling over newer players and pushing them around just because they can, this was my exact thought. These masters of their trade should subtract an hour from their beloved grinding daily and take some English classes or take some book in their hand.
I am rarely personally petty (and attacking someone's English level is indeed petty), but this was so hard to ignore :) I am amazed - there are people who play a game for 7-8 years and try to communicate in English in the game for all those years, yet they are unable to communicate any better. It is intriguing that more often, people who vote for fairness in the game have better English levels.
Further, they seem to think that bullying people even more will convince PA to make these changes. Alas, they will only make the penalties harsher and get themselves banned.

lol we're going to arsha for pvp, so stop coming there to grind at this point and above all stop complaining. When we are on normal servers we want to grind, unfortunately there are a lot of people who have fun with grievances, for simple reasons the guys are bad at pvp and can't duel, they want the spot so they come to your spot to piss you off. We can no longer protect our spots by declaring war, you don't want to die, so don't come and blame us, or go to the spots around which are empty and sufficient for your equipment. Because of you we lost the oldest content of the game and the most fun so if people are angry with you we can't blame them
In another thread, you made it pretty clear that you get high from feeding people who refuse DFS to mobs (i.e., you enjoy griefing people, especially newer players who cannot defend themselves). People like you get casually banned in KR. Hopefully, the same will gradually happen here.

That's the irony with these complaints. They claim that they just want to be able to "defend their rotations," but these one sided deccs were also used to kick people out of rotations when the victims were there first./ They were also used to bully and harass people for no reason. They refuse to see that or care about anyone else.
Exactly. Ppl abused Gw deccs for years, just to work around Karma System and bully anyone anytime without.
Now that they cant abuse this system anymore they are mad :D.
I have 0 Problems if those ppl quit that abused these Systems.

I have to wonder what all the people complaining about this think the purpose of the karma system is, if not to dissuade the exact behaviors they are now complaining are going to be penalized. You can still do all the things you want to do, you just might have to face the consequences of your actions now. I think it is pretty clear that karma rules weren't supposed to have an "unless both players are in a guild, then you can just dec them with no consequence." tacked onto the end. This was an unintended use of decs that they have repeatedly try to minimize before eventually reaching for this option as those other methods failed to deter it.
If you are one of those people who want the danger/excitement of potential pvp while grinding and are worried its going to go away with this change (which you are probably correct about, especially given the Marni changes), there are two main avenues you can take. The first is you can ask PA to open more Arsha servers. If there's more room for people to spread out among them, they can function more for people who want "occasional pvp" as opposed to a never-ending river of people interrupting them to pvp that Arsha currently represents. The second is that you can engage in a war dec with other popular guilds of people who feel the same as you do. Since this is supposedly a "silent majority" of real BDO players who prefer to have consequence-free open world pvp on their home channels, it shouldn't be too hard to find some guilds willing to agree to war decs.
