There has been a huge increase of crashes to desktop or system error after the recent few updates.

PA please kindly check this out. It is systematic increase for a lot of people. I personally have almost one crash each hour not even in loading screen, it's while walking straight in empty field.

A lot of people in my alliance also reported the same issue, and we all have played for years.

Before anyone say to reinstall BDO or clear cache, no, all of us had done these troubleshooting 

Same here, happened after an update a few weeks ago, played for years no issues and nothing changed on my PC. they refuse to admit fault and want to blame literally anything else other than their game. This is the only game I have that crashes, can play any other game for hours and no issues. but bdo crashes 4-5 times per hour

I get the black loading screen and also some crashes and if I get the black loading screen while im grinding I also lose crystals which is annoying cause crystals cost too much now. at this point they just need to implement no crystal break like in consoles. last time I issued a ticket to PA they said it was most likely because I have Windows 11 or due to my internet connection, but I only disconnect in this game not any others...

Game just randomly shuts down since LOML update (either freeze or CTD). Whatever you're doing. It's even more annoying during Node wars and sieges. People write down on discord when they crash and we end every evening with an insane list. Almost everyone is affected by this and it's getting super frustrating.

I started crashing a lot after today's update. I cleared the cache, rechecked the files, even tried reinstalling BDO, but I still get crashes...

my experience has started from 2 weeks ago's patch, its degraded to where i cant grind for more then 2 minutes without a crash occuring or the black screen of you are re-connecting, im lucky as hell if i get 10 mins worth of grinding done, flushed DNS, reset my router and fresh install of bdo, still crashing like crazy and i just had a session in warframe, works perfectly fine so i know it isnt my connection, im super pissed cos its 100% drop rate event and i cant grind, now scanning files on the fresh install cos the launcher crashed xD 

Having issue that game client crashes every +/- 20 min. (started today, never had that kinda issue before). Game client crashed 6 times already. Can't even grind because of client closing by itself every 20 min. Restarted PC, did file scan for BDO launcher thought maybe it fixed but nothing client still crashing.
