With the abomination of a trade system that we have now, it's unfeasable to fish in the sea or any islands.  You essentially have to trash your fish, or map if you have the archaeologist map.

Add imperial fishing delivery NPCs at Oquilla, Illya, Lema, Kuit, Papua Crinea, Crow's Nest, Dallae Pier, and Byukgye Island.   Thanks.  I'm sure we need a lot more on the mainland as well.

Make every Trade manager an imperial fish delivery merchant and remove the daily limit.  Then allow green grade fish to be sold like normal to all trade merchants not just capital cities.
